Birch is on a 20x20 lot and costs 15,115. Only the Base Game is needed, although the bush in the garden is from Pets. You can use this lot without Pets, the bush will be replaced with a Base Game bush.

Juniper is on a 20x20 lot and costs 14,153. Only the Base Game is needed, but the outdoor light comes from Outdoor Living and will be replaced if you don't have that Stuff Pack.

Peaches is on a 20x20 lot and costs 17,503. Only the Base Game is needed. The windows are from Late Night and the bunk beds and costume chest are from Generations but these will be replaced if you don't have these expansions.
